Aleksandra Ugrica

Aleksandra Ugrica is a proud mother of two who has called Naples home for more than 14 years. Originally from Toronto, she is the owner of Sugar in the City and a graduate of Toronto School of Business. Outside of her work and family, Aleksandra is passionate about psychology and is a dedicated mental health advocate. As a Certified Mental Health First Aider, she is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, increasing awareness, and educating others about the importance of recognizing and supporting mental health challenges. She continues to pursue additional certifications so she can expand her knowledge and impact within the community. When she’s not working or advocating for mental health, Aleksandra enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. Her dedication to motherhood, personal growth, and helping others makes her a wonderful example of the heart and strength behind the Posh Mama community.

Yvette earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and later received her Masters of Business Administration from Hodges University. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Yvette has built a successful career across several Fortune 500 companies, holding roles in either sales, revenue management or marketing.  

Outside of her professional life, family is everything! She reading, planning next adventure, autism advocacy, spending time with loved ones, shopping and discovering new brunch spots!

Elizabeth Camargo

Elizabeth Camargo is the Founder and Owner of Your People Matter HR Consulting, bringing years of professional experience and a passion for helping people and businesses thrive. A Fresno native, Elizabeth earned her B.A. from California State University, Fresno and her M.A. from National University. A proud mother of two grown children—a 31-year-old daughter and 24-year-old son—Elizabeth’s journey into entrepreneurship began in her 40s, proving that it’s never too late to pursue a new dream. Outside of work, she loves thrifting and can be found dancing to just about any kind of music. Deeply connected to her local community, Elizabeth is passionate about giving back and hopes to mentor teen mothers, drawing from her own experience as a teen mom. Her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and purpose, with a genuine desire to inspire others to recognize their own potential and create a future they’re proud of.

Lisa Tourangeau

Lisa Tourangeau is a creative entrepreneur, home designer, real estate investor and rental property manager with a passion for beautiful spaces, smart investments and creating meaningful experiences. She has successfully combined her creative eye with a strong business mind, building experience in design, real estate investment and property management.

Before entering the world of design and real estate, Lisa spent 20 years working in hospitality as a cocktail server on the Las Vegas Strip. During her time at the Monte Carlo, her exceptional dedication to service earned her the distinguished honors of Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year back-to-back. That chapter of her life helped develop the warmth, confidence, resilience and ability to connect with people that remain such an important part of who she is today.

One of Lisa’s proudest personal accomplishments this past year has been her commitment to health and fitness. After age 54, she decided to take her health to an entirely new level, working with a fitness trainer and becoming much more intentional about nutrition and strength training. The transformation of her body has been remarkable, but the confidence and renewed sense of possibility it has given her are even more meaningful. Her journey has reinforced her belief that age is never a reason to stop evolving—and that some of life’s most exciting transformations can happen in chapters we never expected.

Lisa is passionate about living life fully, surrounding herself with inspiring women, creating beautiful experiences and continuing to grow. She believes in friendship, authenticity, reinvention and making the most of every chapter. Above all, she hopes to inspire other women to believe that their best chapters may still be ahead of them.

Ashley Bruno is the Founder and Owner of Ashley Bruno Aesthetics and a graduate of Milan Institute. Originally from San Antonio, Ashley has built her life around creativity, service, and meaningful community impact. Passionate about gardening and interior design, she finds joy in creating beautiful spaces both at home and within the lives of those around her.

Ashley is also a dedicated philanthropist and proudly serves as Elite Ms. Texas 2026. Through her heartfelt community initiatives, “Birthday in a Box” and “The Sunshine Suite,” she works to bring joy, comfort, and connection to families and seniors in need. Above all, Ashley believes in living authentically, leading with kindness, and using her platform to make a lasting difference while raising her child with love and purpose.

Judy Rodenbeck

Judy Rodenbeck is a former educator turned private tutor and social media coach, bringing nearly two decades of teaching experience into her next chapter. Originally from San Diego, California, Judy earned her BA in Liberal Studies and teaching credential from Sonoma State University in 2006, followed by a Master’s in Teaching with an emphasis in reading and literacy from National University in 2009.

A proud mom of two, Judy recently stepped away from nearly 20 years in the classroom to focus more on her family while learning a new trade and building a career she can pursue from home. An avid reader, she has also traveled to more than 35 countries and volunteered internationally with Habitat for Humanity, helping build homes in both Nepal and Bali.

Judy’s love of learning, adventure, and connection continues to shape everything she does, both personally and professionally.
