
Claudia Franco
Claudia Franco is the owner and visionary behind Pure Organic Hair Salon, a chemical-free salon devoted to helping women and men look and feel beautiful without damage. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Immaculata University and completed her cosmetology training at Empire Beauty School. Beauty is both her profession and her passion, along with spinning, working out, baking, and arts and crafts.
Originally from South Jersey, Claudia grew up traveling the world with her father, a comedian, while her mother stayed home, creating a deeply cultured upbringing that keeps her grounded and humble. Her salon features an Italian-sourced color line that is farmed and formulated without harsh chemicals, making it safe for clients with cancer, autoimmune diseases, allergies, and other sensitivities. Helping these individuals is extremely important to her and brings her immense fulfillment.
Claudia is a proud mother of two boys and a devoted grandmother to one granddaughter and one grandson, who are the center of her life. Inspired by her mother’s early years in an orphanage, Claudia believes she is here to help, support, and uplift anyone in need.

Lindsay Daum
Lindsay Daum is an accomplished executive assistant and operations professional with a strong background in fast-paced, high-growth industries. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, an experience that shaped her global perspective and adaptability. Originally from Napa, California, Lindsay comes from a multi-generation Napa Valley family deeply rooted in the wine industry through Teaderman Vineyards, giving her an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, legacy, and hard work.
Currently, Lindsay serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a cancer biotechnology company, where she plays a critical role in supporting leadership, managing complex priorities, and helping drive organizational efficiency. She brings over a decade of experience working in startups across ed-tech, cybersecurity, and biotech, making her highly skilled at navigating dynamic environments and scaling operations.
Outside of work, Lindsay is a proud mom to two boys. She enjoys watching sports—especially football, baseball, and combat sports—kickboxing, and enthusiastically cheering on her son at jiu-jitsu competitions.

Nathaly Juarez
Nathaly Juarez is a former TV news journalist and nonprofit communications associate with a passion for storytelling, advocacy, and community impact. She studied broadcast journalism at California State University, Fresno, where she developed a strong foundation in media, communication, and public service. After working in television news, Nathaly transitioned into the nonprofit sector, where she now focuses on amplifying Latina voices through strategic storytelling and civic engagement advocacy. Her work centers on empowering Latina voters across California and ensuring underrepresented communities are informed, engaged, and heard.
Beyond her professional life, Nathaly is deeply passionate about women’s health and women’s health research. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree to further expand her knowledge and impact in this area, with the goal of supporting research, education, and advocacy efforts that improve outcomes for women.
Nathaly is also a devoted mother to a 2.5-year-old son and is currently expecting another baby boy. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, which allows her to stay active, recharge, and maintain balance while navigating motherhood, career, and graduate studies.

Sandra Jackson
Sandra Jackson, a proud alumna of Clarion University, has built a career dedicated to helping others as the Director of Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services. In her role, she leads with compassion, ensuring quality care and support for those in need.
Originally from Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Sandra has called El Paso home for the past 11 years, where she balances her professional life with family and personal passions. She is a devoted mother to her 11-year-old son and a loving pet parent to her dog. Outside of work, Sandra treasures spending time with her son and traveling with friends, finding joy in experiences that create lasting memories.
A cancer survivor, Sandra draws strength and resilience from her journey, inspiring those around her with her courage and positive outlook. Her life is a blend of service, love, and adventure, making her a remarkable presence both personally and professionally.
