Melissa C Phillips 

Melissa is a mother, nonprofit executive, clinical social worker, and philanthropic leader with more than 26 years of experience creating meaningful impact across communities. Throughout her career, she has raised over $300 million in Collier County, supporting initiatives that strengthen families, expand educational opportunities, and drive lasting social change.

Melissa serves as President and CEO of Impact Philanthropy and President and CEO of Gulf Coast Integrative Counseling. She earned her Master of Social Work with honors from Florida Gulf Coast University and is widely respected for her leadership, vision, and commitment to service.

Born in Tampa, Florida and raised in West Virginia, Melissa is the proud mother of two children, Vizcaya and Franchesco “Chess,” a junior at Florida Atlantic University. Motherhood remains the foundation of her life and her greatest accomplishment.

Her global work includes serving as the first teacher of social work at The University of Jordan, where she partnered with a women’s rights organization advocating against honor killings. She is also a member of Harvard University’s Women in Defense, Diplomacy, and Development program.

Passionate about women and children, Melissa is returning to private practice, continuing her purpose-driven mission to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Shalon 

Shalon is a paralegal and boudoir photographer originally from the Bay Area, California. She is a mother of three adopted children and is deeply passionate about photography and travel, which have both shaped her creative and professional journey.

For the past 11 years, she has worked as a boudoir photographer at her studio in Old Town Clovis, where she has photographed over 1,000 women. Through her work, Shalon is dedicated to empowering women to see themselves in a new light, beyond the roles of motherhood, partnership, or daily responsibilities. She believes every woman carries a unique beauty and strength that deserves to be recognized and celebrated.

Her mission is rooted in helping women reconnect with confidence, self-worth, and femininity through a supportive and transformative photography experience. One of the most meaningful personal details in her life is that she, her mother, and her grandfather all share the same birthday, February 25th, a rare bond that reflects the importance of family and connection in her life.

Shalon continues to blend her legal career with her creative work, bringing compassion, artistry, and purpose to everything she does. She is committed to inspiring confidence in every woman she photographs she meets every day.

Jennifer Dallas Martinez

Jennifer is a God-fearing wife, devoted mother of two, and accomplished entrepreneur. Alongside her husband of 15 years, she is the co-owner of Skyrise Real Estate Group, where they operate two thriving real estate offices, one in Silicon Valley, where they were both born and raised, and a second location established in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2021.

With a strong background in finance and marketing, Jennifer previously held an executive-level role at a Fortune 100 financial firm. She made the intentional decision to step away from corporate life to focus on growing her family and building a business alongside her husband. Real estate quickly became her passion, offering her the flexibility to be present at home, homeschool her children, and help other families achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Deeply rooted in her faith and family values, Jennifer also serves as the leader of her daughter’s American Heritage Girls troop, where she mentors young girls in entrepreneurship, leadership, and living with integrity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, speaks three languages, and expresses her creativity through piano, cooking, baking, and crocheting.

Jennifer joined the Posh Mama Club to connect with like-minded women and stay actively involved in her community. She has found a true sense of belonging among the Posh Mamas and feels grateful to be part of such an inspiring and supportive group.

Michelle Capellino

Michelle Capellino is the Claims Director and owner of Flor Del Mar, LLC. Originally from Granada Hills, California, she is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and a proud mother of two grown sons. While she has built a successful and stable career in the healthcare industry, her true passion has always been floral design.

Michelle’s love for florals began at a young age, learning the art from her mother. Over the years, she has been honored to design beautiful arrangements for the weddings and special events of family and close friends, refining her talent and creativity with each experience. Her journey into entrepreneurship officially began in September 2025 under unexpected circumstances. While planning her own wedding, her florist stepped away just one month before the big day. With the encouragement and unwavering support of her husband and family, Michelle stepped in to design her own wedding florals, ultimately launching her business.

Today, Michelle proudly balances her leadership role in healthcare with her growing floral design business. Through Flor Del Mar, she brings creativity, passion, and heartfelt intention to every arrangement, turning meaningful moments into lasting memories.
