Lisa Karageorgis

Lisa Karageorgis, originally from Maine, is the Vice President of Sales with a strong background in leadership and strategic growth. She is a proud graduate of the University of Vermont, where she built a solid foundation in business and communication. In her current role, Lisa is passionate about driving performance, mentoring teams, and delivering results. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mom to two energetic boys, ages one and four, and enjoys the adventure and joy that come with parenting. Lisa has a strong connection to the outdoors and especially enjoys fishing, a hobby that keeps her grounded and connected to nature. She also holds a black belt in karate, reflecting her dedication, focus, and perseverance in all aspects of life. Lisa brings the same energy and commitment to her personal interests as she does to her career, creating a balanced and inspiring presence both at work and at home.

REBECCA L 

 Rebecca is a creative spirit and real estate professional with a passion for building meaningful spaces  whether in homes, communities, or within herself. Originally from San Jose, CA, she is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, where she balanced her studies while gaining hands-on experience working at several startup companies throughout high school and college.
Over the years, she lived in several states including memorable chapters in Saint Louis, MO and Nashville, TN before ultimately settling down in Fresno, CA with her husband and their spirited toddler daughter. There, she now juggles the joys of motherhood, family life, and real estate ventures.
Currently, Rebecca works for herself as a Realtor and real estate investor, with a growing focus on mid-term rentals. In her free time, you'll likely find her playing pickleball, planning her family's next adventure or going on walks with her 11 year old goldendoodle. She finds deep joy in growing closer to God through fellowship with other moms in her church group and is intentional about nurturing the meaningful friendships in her life.

MELISSA MICUCCI 

Meet Melissa Micucci, a dedicated mom of three (two boys and a girl) and a proud fur mama to a spirited 3-year-old Cockapoo. Originally from Long Island, NY, Melissa made the move to St. Augustine in the summer of 2022. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Long Island University Post and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. A passionate sports enthusiast, Melissa enjoys both watching and playing sports with her kids and even coaches them in some! Professionally, she thrives as a Digital Concierge, helping businesses grow by taking on the tasks they don’t have time for. She is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing certification as a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator. Known for her love of animals, especially dogs, Melissa brings warmth, balance, and a go-getter spirit to everything she does.
