Louanne Fischer

Originally from Chicago, Louanne has been a respected leader in the Naples community for over 30 years. A graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Corporate Communications, she launched her career as a professional tennis player and coach before transitioning to work with tennis legends to produce global brand activations that elevated luxury and lifestyle brands on the world stage. Though retired from competition, she remains actively involved in the sport as a proud partner in the Naples Professional Tennis League, blending elite athleticism with community engagement.

Louanne is the founder and owner of Luxe Alliances, a consultancy dedicated to crafting strategic partnerships that connect luxury, lifestyle, and wellness brands with affluent and engaged audiences. Recognized as an entrepreneur, connector, and business development strategist, she is known for creating meaningful growth opportunities rooted in authenticity and purpose.

In 2025, she was named to the Executive Board of The Posh Mama Naples as a business advisor. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Louanne finds deep joy in family life with her husband Patrick, their four children, and beloved granddaughter and is always planning her next travel adventure.

Kiosha Nicole

Kiosha Nicole, originally from Magna, Utah, is a purpose-driven leader who thrives in helping others reach their fullest potential. She currently serves as a Social Services Supervisor and is the founder of Success is HER, where she works as a Success Coach guiding individuals to gain clarity, develop actionable strategies, build confidence, and stay accountable to their goals. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that success is not just a destination, but a journey aligned with vision and self-belief.

Kiosha is also the CEO and co-founder of the Brunch Bunch House Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on equipping teens, young women, and domestic violence survivors with the life skills and support needed to heal, grow, and lead empowered lives. She is known for her vision-driven mindset, strong sense of faith, and passion for uplifting others.

Outside of her professional work, Kiosha is a proud mother of four who enjoys karaoke and brunch with friends. She brings heart, balance, and authenticity to everything she does, inspiring those around her to pursue their own version of success.

Natasha Salas- Llamas

Natasha Salas-Llamas, originally from Madera, California, is the proud owner of Dolls Beauty Bar and a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of the University of Phoenix in San Diego, Natasha combines her passion for beauty with a heart for service, helping her clients shine from the inside out.

When she’s not running her salon, Natasha is often studying business law, exploring new beauty techniques, glamping with her family, working out, or dancing to 80s music in the living room with her kids. She and her husband have been married for seven wonderful years and are raising four amazing children who bring love and excitement to their lives.

Faith is at the center of everything Natasha does. She loves Jesus, serves regularly at her church, homeschools her children, and volunteers haircut and makeover services to support domestic violence survivors. Through her work and service, Natasha inspires others to find confidence, joy, and their unique sparkle.

Claire Lemaster

Claire Lemaster is the Creative Director and Owner of Modern Sosh Marketing, a boutique agency known for blending bold creativity with strategic vision. Originally from Haymarket, Virginia, Claire has built a career by turning her passions into professions, from photography and graphic design to fitness and branding. With a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail, she helps businesses bring their stories to life through visually compelling and purpose-driven marketing. Claire attended George Mason University, where her interest in creative work deepened, even though she chose a nontraditional path and did not pursue a bachelor’s degree. She is also a proud mom of two teenage boys, one in high school and one in college, who keep her grounded and motivated. Whether she is at the gym working out or creating standout brand experiences for clients, Claire thrives on pushing limits and staying curious. Her journey reflects her belief in doing what you love and building a life around it.

Jessica Ganem Laster

Jessica Ganem Laster is a proud self-made entrepreneur and the owner of JLaster Insurance Agency. Born in Juarez, Mexico, and raised in El Paso, Texas, Jessica began her career in the insurance industry at just 18 years old. Through hard work, determination, and a passion for serving others, she has built a thriving business that reflects her values of integrity, excellence, and community.

A proud mother of three extraordinary children, Jessica balances the demands of entrepreneurship with the joys of motherhood. She is deeply committed to her family and credits them as her greatest motivation and source of strength.

Outside of her business, Jessica is passionate about health and fitness. Whether she is working out, spending time with her kids, or growing her agency, she brings energy, discipline, and heart to everything she does.
